We’re a bunch of runners who just love to run—simple as that. Zephyr Running Club is a nonprofit crew in Singapore, built on the idea that running is better when you’ve got people to push you, pace you, and keep you coming back.
We show up for the miles, the grind, and each other. Whether you’re here to race, improve, or just enjoy the run, you’ll find your stride with us.
Come run with the Coconuts—because running is tough, but it’s a lot more fun when you’re not doing it alone.
Zephyr Running Club was founded in 2021 by two passionate runners, Charles Yang and Glen Tan. What began as a small group at West Coast Park quickly turned into something bigger. The miles stacked up, friendships formed, and before we knew it, we weren’t just a running crew—we were a community.
By 2025, Zephyr has grown into a 500-strong family of runners, affectionately known as the Coconuts. We show up for each other, push limits, and chase goals, but at the heart of it all, we run because we love it.
More than just a club, Zephyr is a nonprofit that gives back—whether it’s through charity runs, community events, or simply supporting one another through every high and low. We run with purpose, and we run together.
Zephyr Running Club fosters a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where runners of all levels come together to pursue their passion for running.
What keeps us going:
Inclusivity – Fast or slow, new or seasoned, everyone belongs.
Camaraderie – We run solo, but we never run alone.
Respect & Encouragement – Every step forward is a win worth celebrating.
Giving Back – Running isn’t just about us—it’s about using what we love to do some good.
At the end of the day, we run hard, support harder, and make every mile count.
We’re here to do more than log miles. Zephyr Running Club aims to be a force for change in Singapore’s running scene—pushing limits, building connections, and using running as a way to grow, both personally and as a community.
Whether it’s chasing a new PB, finding lifelong friendships, or making a difference through charity runs, we believe running has the power to transform lives — and we’re here to prove it.
At Zephyr Running Club, we believe running is more than just a sport—it’s a way to grow, connect, and give back. Our mission is simple:
Empower Runners – Help every runner set goals, break barriers, and build confidence with the right training and support.
Build Community – Create a space where runners push each other, share experiences, and grow together—because running is better with good company.
Promote Well-Being – Encourage a balanced, healthy lifestyle that strengthens both body and mind.
Give Back – Use running as a way to support charities and make a real impact in Singapore.
Whether you’re here to train hard, find your people, or run for a cause, we’ve got a spot for you.
We run because we love it. Because it pushes us, clears our heads, and sometimes just because we said we would. At Zephyr Running Club, we train with intent—some days are easy, some days hurt, but every session has a purpose.
We meet across Singapore’s best running spots, mixing up scenic city loops, brutal track work, and long, steady coastal runs. Some come to chase PBs, some to test their limits, and some just to keep showing up.
No gimmicks, no fluff — just good runs, strong training, and a crew that keeps you moving.
Start the week with a city run that’s easy on the pace but heavy on the views. From Red Dot Design Museum to the Stadium and back, we cruise past Singapore River, Marina Bay, Gardens by the Bay, Marina Barrage, and even
sneak a look at the Singapore Flyer. It’s a social run, but let’s be real—some will push the pace.
Intervals. Track. Suffering. The session everyone loves to hate but never skips. At MOE Track Field, we go hard—sprinting, gasping for air, and testing our limits. Expect serious effort, a bit of ego, and the kind of workout that makes race day feel easy.
Saturdays mean serious mileage — hether you’re grinding towards a marathon PB or just proving a point. We hit East Coast Park and West Coast Park, logging the long, steady miles that build endurance and mental grit. Some chat, some race, some just survive—but we all finish stronger.
We train hard, push each other, and chase our goals. If you’ re here, you’ re here to get better.
